Four investment websites whose Hong Kong phone numbers come from one block
New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority (FMA) warned about all four websites; IOSCO’s investor alerts portal listed the warnings between 21 September 2026 and 24 September 2026. Each shows a Hong Kong phone number beginning +852 3853.

What links them
When we read the four websites on 9 October 2026, each showed a Hong Kong phone number from the same block. Three of the numbers differ only in their last three digits.
Two of the domains, capitalfocus-hk.com and balhaminvestment.com, were registered on the same day, 26 October 2022, through different registrars. Otherwise the websites look different: their text, registrars and name servers are not the same, so the phone numbers are the link.
What this does and does not show
Phone numbers this close together usually come from the same provider. That points to a common source, but it does not prove who runs the websites. The FMA warned about each website on its own.
